ROND̉ IN C LIDYAN
This piece, composed in 1981, has been conceived as the final one of a sonata for piano, whose second movement had to be the romance in A minor. Since I havent even begun the first one, this remained an independent composition, even if the theme of the measures 46 and following is an evident call of that of the romance. Besides this last is in A minor with the fourth altered degree
, exactly as the lydian
mode of the principal theme of the rondò differs from major tonality just for the fourth degree raised of a semitone.
